Pendry Barbados
In April, Pendry Barbados marked its topping off on the island’s Platinum Coast—near historic Speightstown—with Prime Minister Mia Amor Mottley on hand alongside Montage International’s founder, chairman, and CEO Alan Fuerstman, and Michael Fuerstman, co-founder of Pendry. Once complete, the 80-room resort will include a private marina, a yacht club, and stylish interiors by the Toronto-based firm Studio Munge. A splashy debut for Pendry—which has spent the last decade earning accolades with its Stateside properties—it will be the first international resort to wave the brand’s flag.
Montage Cay
Montage Cay will soon claim a 53-acre private island in the Bahamas. Located a 10-minute boat ride from Marsh Harbour, in the Abacos, it will include seven private beaches, a collection of overwater bungalows, and the kind of coral reefs that draw snorkelers from far and wide.
Pendry Mexico City
Pendry Mexico City is also landing in Roma Norte, where the hippest locals gather for gallery hopping and craft cocktail sipping.
Montage Punta Mita
On the Pacific Coast, Montage Punta Mita will join the stylish peninsula on 63 private acres.
