This season, the celebrated traveling omakase experience Taikun Sushi lands at Montage Big Sky for a one-of-a-kind culinary journey pairing the precision of Japanese technique with the venturesome spirit of Montana. Popping up from December 27 through March 28, the residency will showcase a highly seasonal menu, though classics such as toro tartare with caviar, Wagyu tataki, and other favorites from previous pop-ups (including Aspen and Miami) are sure to make an appearance. A robust selection of sakes and whiskeys—including hard-to-get vintages and labels flown in from Japan—will further transport guests to the birthplace of omakase.
